Mass Activities

Mass Yoga

The whole school i.e. students,teachers staff including clerk and conductors are put through yoga-basic Asans and Pranayama are done for about 45 minutes a week to keep mentally robust and physically fit.


Mass Drill

Whole school as mass yoga is put through basic drill motions to enable everybody to walk straight with chest up and pride in order to instill the qualities of discipline and self pride and restraint. This will be done every week.


Mass PT

Whole school is put through basic PT exercises to keep everyone fit, active and agile- Virility becomes order of the day for every individual in the school. This is weakly exercise.
